I was astounded that not only did housekeeping ignore my sandy balcony, i also had to suffer through the lack of a spa. I mean, honestly, how hard would it be to provide a warm towel? The only thing really enjoyable was the food, but who needs great dining when you're treated like just another ordinary guest?

Beautiful sea views, direct beach access, spacious family suites
Noise from nearby events could be disruptive!!! Pool cleanliness needs regular attention!!! A more organized sunbed reservation system might improve guest experience!!! The lack of spa facilities is disappointing!!!

Immaculate, fabulous room with a good view, and exceptional staff. Nice hot breakfast, particularly cereal, pastries, pancakes, fruit, and cheese. Mixed drinks at main bar, excellent service.

The hotel is new, the most beautiful in this place. Comfortable beds was quiet for dream.
If the next balcony is smoking, you have to close the balcony door to get all the smoke in your room.

Delicious dining but evening silence
The food was really good, with fresh ingredients and diverse buffet options that changed daily. The staff was attentive. Plus, the sea view from our balcony was amazing.
We found the evenings to be quite dull, with no entertainment to liven up the atmosphere. It was disappointing, especially when many guests seemed to drift away rather than linger.

Excellent hotel location, facilities and services. very friendly and helpful staff.
The swimming pool water is a bit dirty, and the dinner hours until 9 are a big inconvenience for the Spanish.

spacious room, actual decoration very similar to the photos. Views of the sea and good location. In front of the beach of sa coma white sand and crystal clear water. Everything is very well.
Breakfast was buffet style but the quality was justified.

great location but minor cleanliness issues
The suite was spacious enough for our family of four, providing us with plenty of room to relax. The view from our balcony was amazing, great to enjoy fine sunsets each evening. We appreciated the convenient access to the beach.
Housekeeping could have paid more attention to our balcony cleanliness.
